Hi. My name is Gary Collier and this is my Blog.
It is a bit of a hybrid of current ideas and viewpoints, health, music, philosophical ideas, ponderings, recipes and past writings that now have a home … it’s all over the shop.
I was diagnosed with cancer in late November 2020 so that has now become a significant part of my blog.
I write my daily thoughts in my Defrag Blues section, this covers entries from February 2021, to view earlier entries check the archives (May 2020-Late January 2021).
Apart from what I’m writing about in present time I will also be “transcribing” earlier diaries, letters and general writings so anything I have written about in the past will have a home.
My approach to cancer is quite complex. I am mixing alternative and mainstream therapies with a slant toward the alternative. I am attempting to document my progress with a series of blog entries under the category of “Cancer”.
One of my biggest loves in life is music. I play guitar, I’m not great but I can improvise and get by. I also create digital tracks and sometimes add my guitar to them. Have a listen if you want to hear what I create.
