This is a website that I started in 2019 to document my quest for health and longevity. I had spent most of my life attempting to be healthy but for 4 decades I was cursed with an addiction to alcohol. This took it’s toll on me but now I’m on the straight and narrow and haven’t touched any alcohol since February 2019.
