Maintaining an Equilibrium after Surviving Cancer

I had another realisation last night about cancer. Maybe it was coming from a negative place or there again, maybe it was simply myself warning myself that I still have to be vigilant.

Overall I am still following protocols that I adopted during my cancer treatment period. I am seriously still cutting back on carbs and maintaining a state of nutritional keto, I am exercising, eating healthy food, doing infra red saunas and HBOT, taking supplements.

The simple truth is that I cannot allow conditions in my body or mind to instigate any chance of errant cells starting to divide and proliferate, metastasizing and poisoning my body. In order to reach my target and live a long and happy, healthy life I have to remain at a heightened level of awareness and action.

Until 3 years ago I had allowed my body to arrive in a bad and negative space, I had almost actively pushed myself to the edge. I reached the precipice and looked over the side into the darkness only to change my mind and run in the other direction.

Our bodies need 24 hour a day maintenance, especially for those of us who are recovering from cancer. When looked at objectively it is so obvious. All you need is one cell to realize that it can go into treason against the body and the chance is that conditions will deteriorate.

It’s a bit like a society or group of people being in perfect harmony and doing all the right things to survive after being desecrated by a war. They have experienced the horrors and fears of imbalance and bad communication, lack of integrity, flawed ethics and errant justice and come out the other side with hope and optimism. This is a state that has to be maintained and continually created in order for social harmony to win the day.

The same applies to cancer.

PMA. Positive Mental Attitude is just so important.
Fresh foods, green vegetables in particular, are so beneficial.
Exercise is the final ingredient. Walk. Appreciate the world around you and how truly wondrous it is.
You’ll be fine Gary. You’ve beaten it.
